At Carnteel Stores our priority is to have your products shipped to you or prepared for your collection as soon as possible.  Due to the nature of some products your order make take up to 3 weeks to prepare as many large products are manufactured overseas.  We are happy to keep in touch with you and advise on the expected delivery times.  For in stock items and smaller products such as tools and accessories we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed.

Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes as large products can be heavy.  If needed please ask someone for assistance if you need help unloading your delivery.

Check your delivery carefully when they are delivered for any signs of damage. If your delivery is damaged, sign for as damaged and take a photo whilst on the pallet or in the packaging prior to unloading.

Contact us to report damage within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

Please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to our dispatch. We cannot change these details after a shipment has left our warehouse.
