We try our best to ensure that product images are as up to date as possible and where possible you will receive an item exactly as shown on our product images.

Your order details can be viewed when you log in to your account online and you will also receive a printed invoice/receipt with your product when it is delivered or when you collect your order.

Most items can be returned but must follow our return procedure as per our terms and conditions.  If you are unsure about your products in your delivery or have accidentally ordered an incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to rectify any issues or update your order.

Many items on our website are pre-order items and aren’t actually held in stock at all times.  These items are always available but may take a few extra days to arrive.  Other items which display as out of stock are generally only out of stock temporarily and will return to stock within a few days.  If you have any enquiries about the stock of a particular product please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can advise on the waiting times of particular items.

Most of the products can be shipped anywhere in the world but if your location is not listed at checkout please contact us and we can prepare a shipping quote based on the size and weight of the product and your location.
